Michael Fergusson
CEOMichael Fergusson, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Ayogo, is dedicated to the idea that playing is one of the most productive things we can do.
He’s been an entrepreneur and innovator on the Web for over 15 years. Millions have played the games he has developed on computers and Smartphones all over the world. Michael has been invited to speak on game design at SXSW, Casual Connect in Seattle, Vancouver’s F5 Expo, Games and Health — Vid Week, Banff Television Festival and NextMedia in Toronto, and has been featured by Fast Company, MIT Technology Review, CBC, and the Globe and Mail.
Paul Prescod
CTOPaul Prescod, Chief Technology Officer and founder of Ayogo, has literally helped to design the modern web as one of the original members of the XML working group, a champion of the RESTful programming style and the Python programming language.
Paul has been developing web-based software for 15 years. He has also been building social software since 2002. Years before Facebook Connect existed, Michael Fergusson and Paul built a social network for families that was both standalone and embedded into Facebook. During their time at Kinzin, the pair built “Are You Normal,” one of the early successful Facebook games with over 2 million users. Since then, Paul has built several games for Facebook, iPhone, Android, MySpace and the open web including “Need For Speed NITRO” (in partnership with Electronic Arts) and “HealthSeeker” (with the Harvard Medical Center, Diabetes Hands Foundation and Boehringer Ingelheim).

Jesse Spink
Creative DirectorJesse Spink is the Creative Director at Ayogo, ensuring that every game Ayogo creates is beautiful, compelling and fun.
Jesse’s worked with cutting edge interactive firms on both sides of the Atlantic and directly with some of the world’s top brands. Some of the industry’s most innovative and dynamic companies he’s worked with include: Nike, Coca-Cola, British Airways, SAP, McDonalds and The CBC.
Koreen Olbrish
VP of Learning DesignKoreen Olbrish, Ayogo VP of Learning Design, creates games that demonstrate the untapped potential of immersive learning design.
By applying her background in experiential learning and technology for education, health and wellness, Olbrish advocates new ways of leveraging technology for learning with emphasis on behavioural change. She has strong ties to education, having received her M.S. in curriculum and instruction from Penn State University and helping start Freire Charter School in Philadelphia in 1999. Her recent experience has been in the cultivation of enterprise learning solutions, with particular expertise in simulations, games and the application of virtual worlds for organizational change and development.
