Who we are
Ayogo Health is a digital health company that designs and develops medical apps to support patients in self-managing chronic diseases.
What we’re doing
Ayogo is collaborating with the National Health Service (NHS) through the Wessex Academic Health Sciences Network, the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships, and local Clinical Commissioning Groups to design a mobile app solution to support patients with Type 2 Diabetes.
What we need
We need your input and opinions on what’s important to people with Type 2 Diabetes (and their support teams!)
We are actively recruiting patients for user interviews in January and February 2018.
In communities in Fareham and Hampshire. The actual location will be up to you. We are happy to meet you anywhere—from a coffee shop to your doctor’s offices.
The purpose of these meetings will be to understand how an application might fit into your life, and identify features that may be important and valuable to you.

Your input will ensure that the solution we design will help you (and patients like you!) to better and more easily manage Type 2 Diabetes.
